​Believe it or not, there is a scientific reason! It’s called the "Troxler Effect." When you stare at a mirror in low light, your brain gets bored and starts "auto-filling" shapes. This makes your own face look distorted and scary, which our mind interprets as a ghost!
​Final Warning: Whether it is a trick of the mind or a real curse, many people have reported feeling a cold chill or seeing scratches on their skin after the ritual.
